The venue is centrally located, very close to cable cars, bus stops, interesting neighborhoods, and popular sightseeing spots in San Francisco. I visited the Painted Ladies, a tourist spot, which was only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Perfect location. Free parking. Large room. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is a good choice for people visiting the Castro area in particular.

New roomservice wasn't quite up to task yet, much better in previous years. But I'm sure that will be resolved soon. Got unwanted wake-up calls every morning etc....

The room was modern, freshly decorated, and the bed was amazingly comfortable! 😌

The staff were both genuinely helpful and very amiable. The hotel was placed in the central location close to good transport connections. Moreover, it's just off bars & restaurants, restaurants and cafés, and a nice area.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place, it's modern. Every staff member is nice and pleasant and strives to meet your needs. The food is incredible and fab. Every time we stay in San Francisco, like to stay here.

The hotel and room were tidy. My room was modern and fashionable with a ridiculously comfortable bed. - the staff were extremely accommodating. - the venue's position was central.

We had read previous reviews and find them totally unfounded! We had a great room, clean, very spacious plus the hotel supplied free parking. Friends who happened to be in town at the same time were paying $40 per night for parking at a downtown hotel. The location is excellent and personally we could not fault the hotel.

The room we stayed in was modern and new with a fantastic view, a cozy bathroom, and stylish decor, all in a well-kept, recently updated place conveniently located.

I was very greatful that we were able to park our car in the motor lodge's parking lot prior to our check in time as we were going to a music festival all day.

It's in the middle of Castro and streetcar brings you fast to downtown

I stayed in the room that was recently renovated with clean linens. the location of the hotel was comfy and ideal, near restaurants and bars.

The units are contemporary, brand-new with 2 kingsize beds, safe and nice interior. The location is convenient, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Mission Dolores Park.

Staff was mostly pleasant and helpful but were not familiar with the room locations or soda machines

Noisy, hot, robberry/stabbing occurred while I was there--frightening place
